The Oast House was a joy of a project to build. The concept began with the client approaching us to help him realise a dream he had to design and build a new dwelling on the site of an old garage on his land.

London town house in the leafy south London suburb of Dulwich. Renovation, extensions and landscaping. The property was set out as 3 flats over 3 floors.
This was an exciting project we undertook for the national house builder Mears. The building was constructed using 18 modular pods built in a factory in the north of England, shipped to Woking on lorries and then craned into position and assembled on site creating 12 flats.
The modular units where installed in 1 week, with the further completion of the onsite works taking a further 3 months to final handover.
