Lower ground floor converted to one large space incorporating kitchen, dining and entertaining spaces. Rear lounge area formed using a cantilevered structure overhanging rear garden enabling lounge and garden to become one space. Garden at rear was excavated to level with lounge further enhancing seamless integration of internal and external space.
